The behavior charts have been posted and the games have begun. Madeleine, Austin and I had a "family meeting" to discuss the difference between negative behavior and positive behavior. We made a list of positive behaviors that would allow them to receive a sticker on their chart. Five stickers leads to choosing a present out of the surprise bucket. Mostly Madeleine and I talked. Austin sat there and yelled, whined and pounded his fists about getting stickers and prizes NOW. All on the "negative behavior" list. Tisk, tisk. He should have been listening. Can't wait to see who gets there first!
